What is covered

If you are not satisfied for any reason within 60 days of your purchase date, you are entitled to a full refund of the product price. It does not matter whether the bottles are sealed or already in use; we would rather you actually try it than hold onto an untouched box.

How to request a refund, step by step

1. Email us. Write to support@nervoraofficial.com (or use the contact form) within 60 days of your order. Include your order number and the name on the order.
2. Get your return details. Our team replies within one business day with a return authorization and the returns address.
3. Send back the bottles. Return any remaining bottles, opened or not, to the address we provide. We recommend a tracked service so you have proof of postage.
4. Receive your refund. Once the return arrives, we process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.

Opened versus unopened

Both qualify. The whole point of the promise is that you can use Nervora, see how your body responds, and still be covered if it is not for you.

Who pays return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged or incorrect item, in which case we cover it and arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping. Original shipping charges (the $9.95 on single-bottle orders) are non-refundable.
